Policies

Deposits and Payments
No advance deposits are required (only a credit card guarantee).
Full payment is due the day you arrive. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and cash.

Cancellations
We have a two-week cancellation policy with no cancellation fee charged. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, no charge will be incurred provided the room is rebooked. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, and those who fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay.

Children
We are not suitable for children.

Smoking
The Mount Eustis Inn and grounds are non-smoking.

Pets
Please ask about nearby kennel services.

Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (later check-ins may be arranged in advance)
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Fall Foliage
A two night minimum is required during Fall Foliage.
